What sections are used for reinforced frames?

Channel and fabricated sections are selected from the wheel load and footprint, clear span, support-seat geometry, dynamic effects, anchoring and corrosion requirements. Common section ranges are quotation starting points, not automatic ratings.

How do I choose the right frame rating?

Send the vehicle data, maximum wheel or axle load, tire footprint, speed and turning conditions, clear opening, support arrangement and governing standard. If EN 124 applies, the requested class must be verified for the complete assembly rather than assigned to the frame alone.

Are frames supplied with the grating?

Yes — reinforced frames are normally coordinated with the grating, restraints and anchors as a complete package. They can also be supplied to an approved project drawing for retrofit or replacement.

EN 124 class numbers are test-load classifications, not axle-tonnage ratings; use them only where the standard applies to the complete verified assembly
Hot-dip galvanized to ASTM A123 / EN ISO 1461. Minimum 100 µm zinc coating for outdoor and industrial
Anchor bolt slots or pre-drilled holes. M20–M36 high-strength bolts, ISO 898-1 Grade 10.9
